information to anyone outside this office. Once your personal information has been transferred to my computer, I
am the only one with access to it from this point on.

So please understand that I do not consider it inappropriate to return your call as late as 10:00pm to review your Income
tax return with you. If that hour is to late for you, please indicate the best time to reach you. I can be reached any time, any
day of the week. It is best to call me before 4:00pm and after 9:00pm during Income Tax Season.
